Due to the nature of digital products and e-services, all sales are final. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Refunds Are Granted If:
- You purchased the same product more than once by mistake
- The product was not delivered due to a technical issue on our end (reported within 3 days)
Refunds Are Not Granted If:
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You do not have the necessary software/tools to use the product
- You claim the product is not what you expected, without contacting us for clarification first
How to Request a Refund
Email support@cartiqueventures.com within 3 days of purchase. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
